Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using RevenueShot (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by RevenueShot (“we”, “us”).
2. The Service
RevenueShot helps you generate revenue showcase cards using metrics derived from your Stripe account via a key you provide. Metrics are calculated by the Service; you may not submit arbitrary MRR, ARR, growth, or customer counts as verified data.
3. Accounts
You must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse free limits, share credentials, attempt to circumvent plan restrictions, or reverse-engineer the Service.
4. Stripe keys & verification
You represent that you have the right to provide any Stripe API key you connect, and that you will use restricted, least-privilege keys when possible. You authorize us to store an encrypted copy of the key and to call Stripe APIs on your behalf to compute metrics. You may disconnect the key at any time. We may refuse or revoke connections that appear compromised or abusive. One Stripe key may only be linked to one RevenueShot account.
5. Plans, fees & refunds
Free and paid plans are described on the Pricing page and may change. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled through the payment provider or by contacting support. Lifetime purchases are one-time for the features listed at purchase time. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once paid. Taxes may apply.
6. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to mislead others, impersonate brands, violate law, scrape or overload the Service, probe security without authorization, or attempt to forge “verified” metrics. Leaderboard entries must reflect your connected Stripe account in good faith.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, branding, and software. You retain rights to your product names, logos, and content you upload. You grant us a license to process that content to operate the Service (including generating and hosting share images you request).
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect metric accuracy (Stripe data and calculation models can change), or fitness for a particular purpose. Cards are marketing assets, not audited financial statements.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice when practical.
